"Paid for the costume on the 22nd of September, called and e-mail SEVERAL TIMES, and after TWO MONTHS they reply "we are making it now". The worse part of these people is blaming everybody else but themselves. They blame China, (PS- my order was in SEPTEMBER, so China's festivity is a lie), they blame each other ( !!!) bad sign in a company, and they blame the client.
IF my nephew was not involved in it, I would have let go, but they lied to me repeatedly about the costume to tell me that in the end they did not have it. I cannot phantom my nephew's face when I will tell him.
It would have take one sentence: "sorry we messed up". BUT I guess $300.00 are worth more than a kid's disappointment. Greed is turning everything into stone, and eventually stones are corroded by weather. Just saying. "

"One star is actually too generous. I ordered a hoverboard from them for my daughter on Nov 27th, with a promise of delivery within 10-15 business days. It is October 23rd and it hasn't even hit the United States yet. I have tried for a week to get it from someone else, but not possible by Christmas. What's worse is that Customer Service ignores me and don't even respond for several days. My daughter's Christmas is ruined. Do not do business with these people!"
