they barely could answer questions about the product and it was like pulling teeth to try to figure out which machine was best for me. She seemed enthused and bored with the call/my questions. I got stuck on website at one point making the purchase and mentioned to me that she never used the site and no one else had a problem before smh.
if the brand name didnt have so much equity i'd have opted for the competitors machine fyi.
oh well. customer service just isnt the same anymore.
