Bad customer service

"I received my Kia caliper covers as gift I just recently had time and money to install the covers then finding out they are the wrong size. Called Juiced Hybrid told them my problem they made no attempt to replace or refund just said "no". Will never again do business with Juiced Hybrid."

"I'm currently attempting to get an ok from Juiced Hybrid re; a 2014 Prius hood bug deflector that I recently received, & it doesn't even come close to being the right one. When attempting to return the product I was informed byEmily who was the supervisor in charge that if it had been removed from the packaging they would not accept the return, or refund. As it stands to date 7/26/14 Emily is trying to contact the Warehouse manager to see if they will take it back, based on our phone conversation. Order #84987 $151.51 :-(

"Everything started out great. I ordered a NAV CAP (No more glare) for my Grandfather for Christmas. The order shipped out right away! Unfortunately the product that fit all models did not fit my Grandpa's newer Prius. No problem, he called right away and they said ship it back, we'll send you a refund right away. Still waiting on that refund BTW. I just made my third phone call today. Emily is very nice, she even remembered me. Boy do I feel sorry for her. There is never anyone in the office they are always in meetings or out early. She always promises to email or call. I hear nothing. And She JUST can't figure out why they haven't refunded my money. I am frustrated at this point and I CERTAINLY WOULD NEVER HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM IF I HAD KNOWN AND READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. Unfortunately I found them through Priusaccories.com I didn't even realize the company name was Juiced Hybrid until I called for a refund. WHOLE THING IS FISHY. I'd stay away!!! "

"The company made me jump through hoops to get a refund on a product that was advertised to fit my car but did not fit. I had to send numerous pictures. I even had to send a picture of my car because they "were convinced" that I had a Prius V and not a regular Prius. After three weeks, I finally got a refund."

"I should have checked this review before my order on Juiced Hybrid. I put an order because of some recommendation on a hybrid car forum. The item I wanted to order shows "in stock". I got no update after 8 days of the order put and money charged. I called the support, was told they are stilling "testing" the products and will be ready in less a week. I waited another 8 days and called the same support. Then the story because the item is "under production" and needs one more week before they can ship it. So basically after 2 and half weeks since I put the order, which by the way always show "in stock" on their website, it is "under production". At this point, obviously I do not want to wait any longer, nor do I trust whatever they tell me. So I wanted a refund. Then I was told the person who deal with refund is not available! I told the support I do need to cancel the order. I will see what happens in next a couple of days. Or I will have to call my bank to cancel this transaction. Very disappointed and frustrated. They could be at least honest with the deliver time. I may have waited for them to finish it. But now, their lost my trust totally. I will certainly no go back to this site. Nor will I recommend them to anyone."

"What a disappointment. I called before I placed my order and was assured that it was "in stock" and would ship today. 2 days later I contacted support and asked for the shipping number since I hadn't got any confirmation. Customer service said it into the system the next day. The day after that I contacted support again via email but got no response. 2 days later I finally call and I find out that the order was never even placed. Customer service told me "Our contact at the provider has left the business so the order was never received". This means that there was no checking with the provider and that my repeated request for service were dropped. I like the idea of the site and they seem like nice folk but I would _never_ use them again. A shame."
