"Good initial pricing but they ask that you call to confirm the order and then they add expensive shipping (otherwise order takes 2 weeks) and very high insurance of 5% of total order which in the end doesn't make them cheaper than elsewhere."

"Ordered a lens for the Nikon camera from Jumbo Packages. Item arrived as expected, great condition as described. The problems started when I needed to return the item I never even opened. Customer Service informed me that they would wave 10% restocking fee if I left a good review on this website. I didn't have a problem with it because they seemed OK, so I left a review and shipped back the item. It's been almost 2 months and I still didn't get my money back. Post office states it was delivered and have a tracking confirmation, but JumboPackages still claims they never received the package. I guess it disappeared in their warehouse?!? I'm tired of being on hold for at least 40min every time I call, before talking to someone very rude. They didn't even try to look for my package or get back to me with the status. Nothing. They just keep telling me the same thing. I tried emailing too, but never got a response. I can't believe I actually planned on buying from them again after I would have purchase the camera, but after this ordeal would not advise anyone to buy anything from them. I'd rather pay a little more money and purchase from a reliable seller! Would not recommend them to anyone!!!"

"I ordered a Nikon D90 camera (body) and Nikon 18-200 mm lens. They e-mailed me, to confirm That I did the order. When I called them -= the guy who answered was pushing me to buy SD cards and other stuff. When I said I don't need any other thing, that guy just hung up on me. I tried to call them several times,(always I was transferred to customer service-- and I was always placed on hold for several minutes. Finally I got a tracking number (after on hold for almost 30 minutes). When I checked the tracking number, the UPS site stated that the package was delivered to a person in California. I will call them again tomorrow and see what their response will be."

"Buyers Beware!!!!!I am not very happy with Jumbo Packages. I placed an order for a Nikon D5000 camera package online. It was the best price I found. Next day the order was verified which is good due to credit card fraud. Well then it started. You need to upgrade this and upgrade that. I was told the lenses were not auto focusing and needed to upgraded but they were clearly AF lenses. Then they started replacing the Nikon lens for a Sigma lens and smaller zoom for "no charge". This was clearly a bait and switch. After canceling my order I talked to a supervisor and he said that the lenses were AF lens. I would not suggest using the."
