I have submitted complaint about a product i bpught and the company need to fix it and it was air conditioner.
Later, gave me a number to call for someone to fix. they then removed my credit 50 and gave me 15 pound.
Jokers! believe me do not buy anything from them "

"Jumia is terrible
Jumia is terrible, first thing the order delayed 10 days, i tried to call 4 times to get my items and everytime they tell me you will be contacted shortly but no one calls, then after the fifth call, a delivery man called me ( he didn’t know even when he is going to deliever the items but he is making sure i’m at the location) The same day i tried to call him more than 5 times he did not answer back and i was waiting at the location. After that i called the customer service to complain about the delivery man, another delivery man contacted me and delieverd the items to find out that i got different items after all!!!!!
They can’t even deliver the right items !!!!!!

"I won a code in Jumia black Friday on 15 Nov with Nogoom FM and the code they gave me was incorrect, i sent a lot of complaints and they didn't reply until i complained to Nogoom FM and they replied on 28 Nov that the code was sent by mistake to other csts, i tried to use the new code they gave me on 1 Dec and they cancelled my request and of course the code was cancelled too , i sent several complaints on contact us and Facebook page but no one replied , they replied on 5 dec that i will receive a new code on the same day but they didn't and closed my complaint then sent me an email on 8 Dec that they reactivated the same code i have but they didn't i sent many complaints and of course they dont reply and the offer will end TODAY , i cant believe they can't solve the problem ,i'm very frustrated the offer was removed from all the products that i intended to buy , I will never promote Jumia services again "
"Jumia is the worst place to buy anything online, because they have always a fake products with low rates and once you purchase it you will receive an Email telling you that the product is not available on stock, and if you complained they will tell you go to the hell and will not offer any other alternative products
you may ask me why they put fake product on their web? this is called as the black hat marketing as you put a fake product with a low rates to increase the number of your visitor to the website, especially with Jumia egypt do it a lot because unfortunate most of the Egyptian are not experience with purchase something online.

I should have read all off the negative reviews on Google, all over the internet or just asked someone.
I think any (although scarce) positive reviews are fake or from people who didn't need service after their sale. Their phone is always disconnected, they are rude and condescending, sell bad product, and are unresponsive. Do not buy from them. "i was searching around to buy a camera and have found a good deal on jumia. it was a nikon 3100 with VR lens. I sent an email to ask about the lens and they confirmed the qualification. then i purchased it. but it came with a normal lens without VR. i called the costumer service about the problem and they asked me to return it so they can fix the problem. after many emails and phone calls finally they said that they would send the courier tomorrow and waited for him but no one came. ten days passed, still no one. i sent another email and respond was “he’s coming tomorrow”! of course he didn’t.
actually in the beginning the courier of jumia asked more money than written on the receipt and i had to deal with it but i thought it was a misunderstanding. now, i think there is a trust issue here.
i gave up. i won’t return the camera because i don’t trust that they will send it back with the proper lens or i can get my money back. at least i have a camera now. i don’t want to lose it.
costumer service always talks kindly and give promises to fix the problem but i feel they’re joking and waiting me to give up. ok, i gave up.
But i will never buy anything from jumia again and my advice for those who intend to do shopping from jumia: DON’T!"
