"This has been the worst e commerce experience. I bought my son two items and did not even get an e mail confirmation of the purchase. I was able to confirm that the purchase went through because they took the payment from my credit card. I have called their customer service at least 5 times without success. They say that there are computer problems or that the lines are very busy however there is always someone available on the phone to take orders. I am waiting 8 days after making the purchase and still have no news of it."
"I placed an order with jump usa and found that they had messed up on mailing it out priority mail and it came via ground. I live in HI and through investigation found that they did label the box incorrectly. Instead of reaching my destination in 2 weeks, it will arrive a month and a half later. I order my item from hoopsking and had it shipped the same way. I ordered it a few days ago, they had shipped it out the day I ordered it, and it is a day away from arriving to me. When I contacted customer support to see if they could help me, the male customer service agent gave me attitude as to it being my fault and that they could not help me with anything, "it was processed and it will reach you when it does." Throughout all my experiences on shopping online, this is the worst experience I have had."
"Overall, a very positive experience with this store. The product arrived quickly, and as described (new). I ended up sending the product back a year and a day later because I couldn't use it, and JumpUSA held to their guarantee - they promptly mailed my refund check (minus shipping, of course). The two calls I made to the store were easy: on both occasions, there was little wait time and the employees were friendly and helpful. Again, highly recommended, and they do keep to their year-long guarantee."
