"I am extremely disappointed. I placed my order 5 days ago. The money is gone from my account, but the product has not been shipped. "Awaiting fulfillment" is the status I `ve been seeing all this time. I have tried to contact the company- no response. No one is available to chat, no one picks up the phone, no one responds to emails.
Update:
The order has finally been shipped. A customer service representative contacted me via email, apologizing for the delay. I had not been as concerned about the late shipment as a lack of communication with the customer service. I hope that issue will be resolved.I am looking forward to surprising my kids with the toys."

"I have ordered two jumping balls for my daughters for a Christmas present. So far the experience has been terrific. They have been incredibly helpful in helping me decide on a size and how to best inflate them for my daughters' ages - even giving tips on how to teach my littlest one how to use it. I also liked them on Facebook, and ended up winning an adult size ball by making a comment. The person on the live chat was extremely helpful in claiming that prize as well and very friendly to deal with. We are looking forward to being able to all exercise and have fun together with these this spring."

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! JumpingBalls.com was quick to take my money on Octobr 10th when I ordered the products and here it is November 7th and I have no products which I specifically ordered in time for my son's 10th birthday party scheduled on November 5th. The alleged owner guaranteed the item would be at my home by Thursday, November 3 - NOTHING! I've tried calling, no answer, left a message, no answer, chat is not availabile either. I've written the company twice and have now contacted my bank to dispute the charges. Next step is filing a complaint with the BBB.

"Hands down the best recreational item I have ever purchased!!!I purchased two adult sized jumping balls in June so that the adults could join the fun and have a bounce at my 4 year olds birthday party since she was having a bounce house and we didnt want to exceded the weight limit of the bounce house and/or squish the little ones. OHMYGAWD! The minute anyone got on and started bounding through the air they, and anyone around was hysterical with laughter. Its just a blast! They are so bouncy!! TO see a 250 lb man bouncing live a kangaroo in your back yard is pretty hilarious stuff. Ive found them to be great to sit on and bounce lightly in place to watch TV and get a little cardio in plus it works your thighs and core and you dont even feel like your exercising! "These were great for the halloween party we had family and friends, kids and adults using the jumping balls to race for prizes. It looked like a sea of kids Jumping in my front yard. The kids were size from age 3 up to age 15 and then the adults used them for a team relay race cause I wasn't sure if they were going to participate so I only purchased 4. I should have purchased more, it was a blast, Im going to order more adult sizes this year, right now we have 19 jumping balls in all, we love them."
