"This company isn't horrible unless you need help. Then they are useless. If you want to talk to a person you have to go through the slow online chat process, and then they just want to blow you off. Finally after the person could not tell me the answer to my problem I insisted on talking to a real person. So I finally got the number and waited on hold for about 15 minutes. The person I got couldn't answer any billing questions and the person who has any knowledge about billing and billing policies had left the office for the day by 3:00 PM.
