11/13/06 I WROTE:
Am in receipt of the Tshirt I ordered.There is an unsightly long rectangle box mark above and below the picture which ruins the shirt.
11/15/06 RESPONSE RECEIVED: The mark you see it the impression of the transfer paper as it was
pressed on to the shirt. Unfortunately, it will
appear on all t-shirts when we press the image on.However, it will disappear after the first wash.Or you can flatten it out with a regular iron by going around the edges of the image (don't apply high heat on the image itself).
11/19/06 MY RESPONSE: The marks did not go away. The press must have been dirty and I am very disappointed.
