Excellent service

"Just answer, gave me an attorney who answered my questions fully in an easy manner, my problem is trying to unsubscribe from the site to avoid a monthly fee of 50 dollars a month, upon receiving my answer, I have no need to pay 50 dollars a month for one answered question, I have tried to but, they don't seem to be able to find me, have called 3 times to get unsubscribed, they just ask me to call back in an hour for the last 4 hours(!)."

Watch out - recurring payments!!!

"Paid $5.00 for basically no help at all. They don't tell you up front that they'll charge you $46.00 a month automatically - although they do include that in an email they send. The information they give for stopping automatic payments on PayPal is incorrect. You'll have to look a bit to stop that recurring payment. Probably should change their name to "JustPayUs.com"."

They trick you in to an expensive monthly subscription and won't give refund

"I did not realize I had signed up for a monthly subscription. The first page of their website says "Get it all for 7 days—only $1. Cancel anytime. No commitments."

I only wanted to pay $5 for one question. I absolutely in no way wanted a $60 monthly subscription. Although I reported the misunderstanding immediately on the same day that they auto-charged my Paypal $60 , they will not refund the money.

It is obvious that i did not want the monthly service and their site is set up to catch people in this way. People are busy and they know that many of us don't register the details of their "program". So , regardless of whether they are technically "in the right" because they caught me out, I find them to be a disreputable company as they refuse to work with people who have made an honest mistake and have admitted as much.
The customer service keeps suggesting that I might want to use their services in the future. They are automatons. Why would I?

They have entirely lost me as a customer and I don't recommend anyone else to use them either. Why would they rather keep my paltry $60 and have me write a negative review and also tell everyone I know that they have no customer service other than people who throw the book at you? I guess that is how they make their money....by tricking people who are not paying attention.

They will no doubt answer this that they sent me emails. But that is not the point. The point is if you had an ounce of customer service you would refund people who obviously just made a mistake.

Big time frauds

"They are fraud big time I had a question on immigration paid them 5$ for the trial , got an automated message on my phone saying that this is an immigration attorney , I asked my question dint get a reply asked again .. again and again no answer just got one automated message saying due to high chat volume will answer query in some time .. dint get any answer until one day .. I then went ahead and cancelled membership … I dont think people answering questions there even have a slightest idea of the field they claim to be expert in .. I am sure the guy or the automated system which messaged me even had the slightest idea about immigration … guys don't waste your $5 these people cant help you in anyway they are fake

It is a scam

"If you check Just Answer website, you will find it is not a registered company in the US; if you ask the customer service wether Just Answer is registered, it will block you out immediately. If check Just Answer homepage, you will find its has no address (the so called address is fake, a P.O. Box only). It had never paid taxes to IRS. Its costumer service knows its an illegal organisation. You check the editing history of Just Answer on Wikipedia, you will find the same guy deleted all the negative comments. The so called experts are also fraud, they cannot answer you questions but continuously hook you to pay extra money, when you tell the fraud “expert” it did not answer your questions it never replies you again."

I Felt duped, violated, and harassed by "Just Answer"

"It was a Saturday morning when I was subjectively forced to log into "Just Answer" I wanted to contact my advice nurse at the hospital where I am insured. When I entered "Advice Nurse/ name of the Hospital the websites in my browser did not look right to me so I re-worded what I had entered into the browser: hospital name/Advice nurse. again the same website dominated the page (Thank you Google, I see your part in this as leading people to places they do not want to go)

I thought this must be my hospital's website????? maybe it's a new website...It's on every browser name I search. Why are they asking me to pay $1? OK I agreed to $1.00. Then I asked a question that I could have asked a front desk receptionist or advice nurse, had I got to the hospital I was looking for. I asked a clear, yes or no, question. A DR. gave me a clear answer. and charged me $50. Had I been informed of what the actual charge was going to be in the beginning I would have continued a more in depth google search.

Next, I am bombarded with persistent emails (Which of course I have unsubscribed from and I never had subscribed to begin with) to score a review for the DR. I do not wish to attach him personally. This did not feel like 'Wellness" to me. I felt duped, violated, and harassed.

I would have been OK with this Company had they been upfront (And not in a Google-highest-bidder sort of way) And informed me of the service I was to receive and the price. Then I would have known what I was getting into.

QUICK ANSWER from JUST ANSWER. Com

"My 13 month old Boxer dug into my purse and ate about 12 or more Simethicone chewable ( GASX) ! IT was about 11pm and bedtime ! YES, it was in the original bottle and hard to get into to ! It was way after Office hours and I couldn't get a call through to my regular VET ! SO I went online and talked to the JUST ANSWER.COM
EMERGENCY VETS ONLINE.... I typed in my question and a VET came online. There is a 5$ fee to join ( which is refundable) and it was well worth it. I will stay with this service. Often things happens with our fur babies and quick help is needed. You can actually talk to a Vet online or the phone but that fee is a little bit more. But, it sure still beats having to pay the EMERGENCY VET FEES . Plus, I didn't have to drive 30 miles to go to the next town for a Emergency Vet in person. Often you may have to make the drive but for quick answers this is the way to go !
Of course you REALLY need to keep your personal VET for your babies regular visits and PROBLEMS! but for a quick answer for weekends or late night immediate emergency this is a great way to go !

"I used their service once and cancelled within the 7 day trial but they said the didn't get the cancel request. Don't expect a confirm cancellation unless they are willing to send an email to confirm. Hard lesson to learn.
