Mr.wallace that the refund was for $270.19 and to expect it in my account in 24 to 72 hours. On
September 19th I checked my bank account and the money still had not been refunded. On September 19 I spoken Felicia at justbats.com 4 times..... the fouth time she stated to have reprocessed refund but after 72 hours it still didn’t show up in my account. I called and spoke to a 3rd employee and he stated that I still haven't waited long enough. Personally think 17 days is long enough even in bank days....

I needed to get a bat delivered two-day air to be here in time for my son's first game. Their website informed me that I had 16 minutes to place an order for his bat to be shipped out for that day. I used my browser's "auto fill in" functionality for my address- and didn't notice that it messed up the address. Within 10 minutes two different employees called to ask for and confirm the proper address. The bat made the shipping time and it will arrive for the game! Outstanding service!
Also, the bat is priced extremely competitively compared to my local sports brick and mortar store and to the 10K e-commerce behemoth we typically utilize. Also, their expedited shipping rates are more than reasonable.

"I used this company times for three separate orders with both orders a specific bath that I ordered broke after only a couple uses after replacing the back one time the same bath broke again, and they refuse to refund me or replace the bat. I do not recommend this company for your bad products"
"I ordered a used, good condition, wood bat for my son. When the package arrived the bat I received was a brand new bat, but a different model than I ordered. I emailed the company that night, and they (Cameron) responded first thing the next morning. They apologized for the mixup, said they do not seem to have the used bat I ordered on hand. They offered to let me choose between keeping the new bat I received or arranging return shipping of the bat, and they would send me a brand new bat of the model I was supposed to receive, even though I paid 40% less for a used bat!
Since this bat is very similar to the model I ordered anyway. I just elected to keep it rather than swapping it out, but giving me that option, and the very quick responses, show they care about their customers! I look forward to doing business with them again in the future!"

Justbats.com selects the cheapest overnight shipping option that is available instead of sending it the way they know will get there. With the help of UPS (the worst customer service ever) they managed to screw this up and failed to get the bats needed to the people that needed them. Save yourself the gamble and buy from Amazon. They have the ability to fix a problem because they control their own success on both sides of the business. "I normally don't complain or praise except in exceptional cases. Last night was one of them. I am playing in a men's baseball league and needed to buy a wood bat. I went online and ordered a pair that were supposed to be a certain length and weight. When they came in, they were very heavy and I weighed them and found them to be 10% heavier than the manufacturers specifications. For a bat, that sucks. So I emailed justbats.com and told them the order number and the issue. I have a game this Sunday and asked if there was anything they could do. This was at 7pm last night. At 8pm I got a call from justbats.com and they went down to the warehouse and weighed 4-5 more bats of the ones I got and they were all what I was seeing, way too heavy. They not only apologized for something that wasn't there fault, they upgraded me to a better bat, shipped it overnight (it arrived at 9:45am this morning!) and paid for return shipping of the other bats. WHAT?! I thought customer service like this was long gone, but I was impressed enough that I wanted to share."

"I've been using justbats.com as the primary supplier of bats for my softball team for several years. Here's what I think you should know:
The good:
1. Their selection is enormous, and their primary website (however, see below) is very well laid out. You can drill down to very specific characteristics to find a very specific range of choices.
2. Prices are competetive, but not always the lowest. I've occasionally found it cheaper to go directly to the bat manufacturer's site.
3. Shipping is lightning fast and free. That is a BIG plus.
4. Customer service has been responsive and sympathetic. They've replaced a few broken bats in the past for free when it was obvious the bat should have lasted longer.
5. Customer reviews are posted whether good or bad (however see below).
The not so good:

The company maintains many different web sites using different dot-com names and different layouts (softballbats, baseballbats, etc.) and I assume this is a ploy to squash some valid competition and boost their results in search tools. I can't fault them for strong marketing but the fact that their alternate web sites are designed to look very different smacks of deception.
7. Some bats are available from the manufacturer with personalization, but JustBats.com does not extend those services via their website(s).
8. Bad reviews of the products they offer, although sometimes published, are not always published. I've submitted a few negative reviews of a few bats for quality-related reasons, and they were apparently ignored.
In general, justbats.com is a very good source for baseball and softball bats of all kinds, and I've been a happy customer for years. Were it not for some of their questionable marketing practices I would rate them 5 stars."
