"Extremely un-professional (indicative of their website). The shipping confirmation email was late (it arrived the day after I received my package). There was no invoice/return instructions included in my package. I wanted to return my merchandise... therefore, I emailed them twice... with no response in 48 hours.... therefore, I called them (during business hours) and had to leave a voice message... I received no response in 4 hours... therefore, I called them back and finally talked to a staff member... they informed me I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee!!! Although their refund policy initially states they provide a 30 day money back guarantee (implying 100% money back)... if you continue to read much much further down their lengthy policy... they re-qualify this by stating a 15% restocking fee... very sneaky!"
"Goods were ordered on 17th January 2005 and confirmation received. On 10th February after sending many emails and several phone calls I received no response as to when or if I would get my order so I cancelled. Despite claims made on their site customer service is zero."
