"I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received anything. I sent an email requesting the status a couple of weeks ago and never received a response. I called numerous times and no one ever answered. The only time I received a response was when I threatened to call the better business bureau. They told me my order would be shipped on Monday. I keep checking my order # tracking information and nothing has been shipped. I emailed and called again yesterday and still have not received any response. This place is a joke - do not believe the one good review they have. Stay far away from this place – I’m pretty sure I was just scammed out of my money. You would have better luck making your own extra-long sweatpants."

I e-mailed JustGear.com on Thursday, December 18, 2008 9:11 AM about the merchandise I ordered & I have not rec'd a reply or the goods I ordered. Their confirmation e-mail states "Your order is being processed and will leave our warehouse shortly. You will receive an automatically generated tracking number as soon as the order is
shipped." I e-mailed them again on Friday, December 26, 2008. I'll let everyone know what happens. I personally will NEVER order from this company, again.
