"I have been using Just Parts for about 8-10 years now.
The website is similar to ebid, eBay, or..., buying and selling, but only for vehicles parting out and motor vehicle parts (never used, used, salvaged, etc...). It does not do auctions.
It is a very user friendly website. A seller can list one item, a few items, or many many items. The only fee a person has to pay is when an item sells. Think the fee is 2% of the price an item sells for.
The listings are good for as long as... until the item sells or the seller ends the listing.
I have had a few things sell. I think if I spent more time on my listings (key words, better descriptions, etc...) more items would sell.
As far as people below not getting responses back, ???? Just Parts will send a message to the seller - warning about shutting down sellers account for not responding to any messages from buyers, potential buyers, or... within 24 hours.
It is far better than eBay or whatever else is out there for selling auto parts.
Whenever we get a phone call from someone asking for a certain car part that we do not have, almost always we refer them to Just Parts."

"Imported a few thousand listings from my ebay store to sell on justparts.com Their platform looks great BUT produces NO sales or even inquiries!! Had the listings there for 6 weeks. It produced no results at all. The ONLY way to attempt to contact them is via a messaging system. We sent three message that went unanswered. I doubt justparts.com has any employees at all. Even a question regarding billing went unanswered! There is no way to close the "account" so we had to manually delete all listings which by the way has to be 14 at a time!! Very mysterious "company" Their own website ABOUT section has not been updated since 2012. "
"I tried to order a part advertised on JustParts. After a confirmation of the order I got a message from a different party that the seller had no right to use the Paypal account and I had to cancel the order.
Fortunately this person was honest and didn't just keep my money.
Obviously JustParts does not vet or monitor the sellers on their site.
This is BUYER BEWARE at the highest level."
"I ordered a part for my car's EGR system and when it arrived i tested it and it did not work. Well, i contacted the seller and did not hear anything back. I'm not sure if this is just some issue with using their site on my ipad, but there is no way to leave feedback on the seller's store as far as i can tell so i really don't have any recourse now. "

It arrived and it looks great, it just WON'T function - electric with very little movement up/down/in/out, no better than the one I'm trying to replace. Emailed justparts and seller and haven't heard anything from either party in five days. Seller is REINALDO SERRANO ****@**** and uses justgoodeal as the seller name. I say avoid both.
