"Nojustice in Just Buys. Lousy customer service. Refused to accept $1770 Panasonic 3d Plasma TV(overpriced) that was shipped by Manna Shipping and arrived with cracked screen. Went up the chain to CEO Jeff Powells and told too late to return. Box was not opened within 24 hours of delivery. Buyer beware! Beter prices and service if you shop around. Don't trade with these "GotYa" conscience resellers."
"I ordered a SONY 3D glasses bundle from these guys on Nov 28th since it was listed as being in stock and would ship in 5 to 7 days. While their price was great it was more like a scam though....they called a couple days later to confirm my order and tried to get me to buy additional items that they were not the lowest price on. When I said no, I just wanted the item I ordered, I was told ok and that my item would ship out in a couple days. Weeks later I called since I still hadn't received it and was told it had been backordered but they were expecting a shipment anyday and would send it right out to me. Now here it is in mid-January and I still don't have it and phone calls to them result in being told that it's still on backorder and they have no idea if or when it will ever come in!!! Sure sounds like a scam to me! I'll never order from these guys again!

"Price for my major item was very competitive but other items were much cheaper at other sites and Just Buy Electronics would not meet or approach the other prices. Web site had several issues, so I ended up ordering by phone. Took repeated contacts over a period of hours, including my call to credit card company to confirm attempts not being seen, before my credit purchase was processed. They did do a good job of keeping in touch with me and providing shipping contacts. Seems like they are trying hard to work out the bugs and the people get kudos for their always pleasant, helpful attitudes."

"Spending this money was a little worrisome. I bought a Sharp 60 LED model LC60LE820UN. We ordered one the weekend and were contacted on Monday with professional and knowledgeable staff. My son and I bought one each. The delivery they use is fantastic. They even waited to see if the TV's would turn on before they left. The extended warranty which is Mack has the best reviews in the industry. Some other sellers after doing research on their extended warranties were not that good. Their prices were also competitive. After having this experience with Just Buy I would even spend a few dollars more just for the confidence of having everything going right. "
"I ordered a Samsung LED TV from Justbuyelectronics and I have have to say this was one of the smoothest transactions I made. I put in the order on a weekend, The following Monday I was contacted by customer service from Justbuy - there was no pressure or sales tactic to get any other "service" or accessories. I got a very good price on the TV and had the TV delivered in 10 days - as they mentioned over the phone. The delivery also was one of the better ones, where the delivery people brings in the TV into your house and places them where you want it. They do not set it up, but at least its in your home. I would definitely recommend thos store and would buy from them again."

"On 4-8-10 I ordered a samsung un55b8000 tv that JBE (just buy elect.) showed as in stock- (I also called to check stock b-4 I ordered to make sure tv was avail. at warehouse and would be shipped asap and eric assured me tv would be shipped asap)
Well after receiving a call to buy other things like an extended warrenty etc. I was checking daily for tracking # and on 4-14-1o I called and was told I was now waiting for a shipping container to come in ( when truck was to arrive changed daily as I called) I felt I had no option but to cancell order and thus live with a torn apart living room entertainment area for another 2 wks. while waiting for tv from amazon.
I don't get it why if they're in business to make money they would jerk customers around like they did me."
