"What a horrible company to do business with!!! I bought 2 things back on the 12th of this month and have not heard anything from them for tracking numbers, when it will be shipped or anything! I have left 3 dif messages on their sire and nothing. They sent me an email to give them a order number (I did) and nothing back!! I' am so frustrated. "I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from this company. I placed an order on 9/1 and it is now 9/24 and the Laptop has not yet shipped. I emailed after 10 business days and was told I did not see the fine print that this item may take 7 days longer. I still hold out hope that I will recieve the item and I will give them their one more day to get the item shipped before I pursue what options I have. I wanted to put this out here just to warn others.
I have ordered from all the major daily deal sites out there...over a dozen different resellers... and this is the only time I have ever begun to wonder if the site was a scam. If it takes them this long to ship then they have major logistical issues. Please be forewarned! If you thought you were going to purchase something from JustDeals and have it in a timely manner you will be disappointed."

"I had ordered a laptop, assured that it would be shipped from HP (an HP Laptop is what I purchased), and was told it would take 5-10 business days to ship. However it still has not shipped, and my money is still tied up, and I suppose they are receiving the interests, rather than me. I suspect they could do this with thousands, even millions, and capitalize on the financial end of these deals, and never sell a thing. "

"I too am having difficulties in contacting this company. The phones go nowhere, no way to leave a message, no one answers. I've sent 3 emails, 2 through their system and one a reply to a "canned" response regarding my order. My order was/is for two items, one received with a free gift (that I cannot use since it is for a Mac computer, which I do not own). I have a tracking # for the remainder of my order, label generated but not shipped. I've been a customer of JustDeals for over 3 years have bought many things and have for the most part been really happy with them but this is leaving me cold and not wanting to do business with them any longer. They have my money but I have no product, which, I wanted to take on a trip with me, I leave next week and no item! I am very disappointed with this experience. I still have not had a satisfactory response regarding when this item will be shipped."

"Poor customer service. On July 29, 2013 UPS advised that my order was returned to sender, undeliverable as addressed. On August 1 UPS confirmed delivery to sender. I asked JustDeals for a refund on July 30. On August 2 I sent the UPS delivery confirmation to them and asked for my refund. On August 1 they emailed that refund would be sent as soon as item received by them. As of August 15 no refund, no product and no response to my email to them forwarding UPS delivery to them.

I disputed the transaction with PayPal. Very disappointing experience. No idea if the product is good or not because they can't print an address label with PayPal's confirmed address and when they get the product back they can't find it. They also can't respond to emails they don't like.

"I ordered a Genius Chef from JustDeals in November of 2012. I was having problems with one of the functions of the appliance. When I reached out to the contact company (not JustDeals) listed on the back of the appliance's manual, they informed me they had not had the item for, I believe, around two years. So I contacted JustDeals to see if they could refer me to someone who could help me better understand the function and maybe see how it works or get the appliance repaired, if needed. JustDeals' Customer Service was really awesome! After several emails back and forth to clarify issues, they decided to give me a refund on the item. Wow, I was not expecting that, but it really spoke volumes about the company that they would do that. So I highly recommend JustDeals!"

"I purchased 3 computers from just deals all at the same time. I received 2 without a problem, but the 3rd was no where to be found. I managed to get a hold of costumer service and they were able to contact the vendor to have this "re-shipped." Two of the computers worked fine for the few weeks, but then the sound gave out on one, power cable on another, battery on both and the last computer never even held a charge. Quality control may not be the best, but I guess you get what you pay for, and I got a good deal. I should have tried returning or getting them replaced, but I now know for next time. Costumer service was responsive and helpful though packages have been a bit slow, I do continue to shop from them (just no electronics :))."

"I wish I would have consulted this site first! If you are reading this BEFORE you deal with Just Deals then DO NOT deal with them! I have unknowingly joined the "sucker club" and have paid for a shipping label and no product. As of today, it has been 10 business days and my order has not shipped. I was lucky enough to actually talk to someone there last night who ASSURED me that it had been sent out yesterday. However, the USPS assured me it has not! They are a scam company who prey on the public. I am going to contact the local television station that gave out this product as their "Deal of the Day" on their syndicated morning piece. No sense in anybody else in Ohio and Florida getting further duped by Just Deals. "

"I ordered an item from Justdeals.com on 6/11/2013. I have tried contacting them by email and phone numerous times. I cannot get a hold of anyone. They generated a UPS shipping number on 6/11, but there has been no confirmation that my order was shipped. 2 weeks is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for an item. I have ordered things that shipped from China more quickly than this. Ridiculous.

I will be doing a charge back with my credit card company if I do not hear from them within the next day or two. This is not how you do business, Justdeals.

EDIT: Justdeals left me a sassy comment below about the "several emails" they've sent me. They only responded to my messages AFTER I posted here. I never received the emails they're claiming to have sent me. When they replied, they attached ONE message they claim to have sent me on 6/21 about the item being backordered until July. I never got that email. And even if I HAD, having to wait 10 days, aka 2 days after my item should have arrived to even learn about my order's status is still ridiculous. Why did you create a shipping label for my order and pretend to send it if it was backordered, Justdeals? I will be doing a charge back."

"I too have been waiting for my item to be shipped. UPS label was generated on Jun 18, 2013 but item has yet to arrive at UPS for shipment. Order was placed and charged on Jun 14, 2013. Took money right away but can't seem to send item to UPS. Am about to file for refund from my credit union as I am covered for such fraud."

"Just received Toshiba media player -only took 3 weeks! Opened it,it was USED, SCRATCHED and paint actually worn off. Never said it was used,refurbished or remanufactured. Sent email - there reply was "it was not advertised as new" Doesn't one assume it's new? unless specified? "This is such a scam of a company. I paid for my item on the 1st of June and they gave me a tracking number stating I should have it by the 8th. I didn't receive it so I called the post office and they have no record of anything with that tracking number ever being shipped. Three hours on the phone later, I was told by a "customer service" person it would ship today. Stay away from them, they are nothing but a FRAUD company."

"My experience echos that of most on here. Ordered an item on 05-23-2013 and did not even get a confirmation until 05-28-2013 stating that it was shipped with a UPS tracking number. A week later, UPS still indicates that they have never received the package for shipment. Three attempts to email JustDeals for an explanation have gone totally unanswered. I will never buy anything from the fraudulent vendor again!"

"As many people have already reported here, JustDeals.com seems to do the same thing on at least the majority of their items, they sell you on the deal, get your money, generate a USPS tracking number then set your status as shipped and you wait and wait. You try to contact them and they do not respond. Later they may even try to say you didnt get their response, but this is a trend. My suggestion is to avoid these guys. I give them 1 star because I cant give them a big fat zero. Glad I used Paypal and can at least expect my money to be refunded."
