"The worst merchant I've ever dealt with. Did not provide receipt or invoice number. Shipped products broken and with missing parts. Does not respond to email or return voicemails or respond to letters. Lies on the phone, makes up stories. I filed a complaint with the California State Departement of Justice for False Advertising as I never got all parts purchased. The better business bureau shows 5 complaints for 2006, none of which were addressed by the merchant. Stay as far away from this merchant as possible."
