"The glasses were reported shipped on 11/22, but have not arrived as of 12/1, and not getting any response to my e-mails and phone calls. Even allowing for Thanksgiving, they should be here. The lack of response to the enquiries is very worrying. "

"This is the second time I have ordered glasses from Just Eyewear. The first time, my glasses arrived promptly, and I was very happy with them. They broke 5 days after the 365 guaranteed return period, which I wasn't so happy about, but they were so inexpensive that it wasn't the end of the world.
