"This is the worst place I've ever bought tickets from, and I'll be making sure that none of my friends or family members will ever buy from this place. The customer service is completely horrendous. The man behind the phone is rude and loud-mouthed with no respect towards the customer. I bought tickets to a show coming up in less than a month and wondered why the tickets had not arrived yet. I simply called to ask that with the credit card on hand and everything. The man YELLED at me, assuming I committed fraud because I'm a teenager and I had used my mother's credit card. My mother does not speak english well, but she gave me the credit card with full permission to buy it. They all ready charged her, and she knew of it so of course she did not report anything if there was no problem or crimes involved. However, whenever I tried answering this man's questions, he continued to yell and called me a liar. I asked him if my parents could speak to him, but he ignored my suggestion to fix this problem and he continued to yell and accuse me of things I did not do. He made me repeat things over and over. He turned a simple problem into a hellhole for everyone involved just because he is bitter. When I told him I just wanted my tickets, he started threatening to take them away. We spent 400 dollars on that! We paid for shipping, but he then said we had to go to Chicago to pick them up because apparently, he had enough of this! After I said my father will be in touch, he said, "byeee" with a sarcastic tone that had a bit of "haha I won" tone to it. What kind of customer service is that!? I just wanted an answer and if he didn't like it, I could ask my parents to call in. Instead, he stayed on the line for 10 minutes just yelling and accusing me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Tickets are also expensive and you might even have to drive to chicago to get them."
