"I ordered a lab coat with embroidery in late April 2024. The advertised turn-around time for delivery of the completed order is about 7 business days. Two weeks later, I called to see when the order would be arriving. I was told that there was a embroidery issue and that my order would be reprocessed post haste. I called another two weeks later to be informed that the supplier cannot provide my lab coat size (XL). I canceled the order. During this entire process, never ONCE was I informed of any delays. Buyer beware. "

I've bought from this company quite a lot with no need for customer service intervention, but I quickly realized what they were like when there was an issue.
They made an error sending a lab coat different from what I ordered. I called their customer service and they told me to ignore the label, that the item was correct and just the label was wrong. It was very clear to me that what they sent was not what I had ordered! It took a lot of back and forth before they finally agreed to refund me for the item.
I thought this was a one-off situation and decided to order from them again. Again, same thing happened...I was sent something other than what I ordered. This time they just ignored me. I ended up having to get my bank to intervene.

"I ordered 2 labcoats back in March. One arrived on time but they didn’t send me both. After I inquired why I didn’t receive 2 lab coats, they informed me that my specific coat was placed on back order and asked if I would be willing to wait until June to get my 2nd lab coat. I said that was fine since I didn’t actually need the lab coat until August. However, by the end of June I had not received my lab coat or an update regarding my order. After I reached out again they told me my coat would be on back order again until an unknown date. At that point I requested a refund which they agreed to do. However it has been almost 10 days since I requested that refund and I still have not received it. Its almost like they hope you forget you ordered something so they can just pocket your money. Very shady business. Its a shame because the one lab coat I did receive was good quality but the human aspect of their business is just so poor it out weighs their actual product."
"Just labcoats have the worst customer service ever. I was talking to customer service and they purposely hang up the phone, just because I have a problem with my order. The problem was an error they made. They want me to pay for return shipment from error arising from their end. They are extremely rude. They lied about embroidery being free but they charged my card for it. The quality of their merchandise is horrible. They are liars and are ripping people off. False advertisement."
"They had a month to get one lab coat personalized to me, and just couldn't get it done. There was so much miscommunication between the employees… And I would recommend to find your business with someone else. They're the worst."
