"Excellent Transaction, Item was just as promised, Brand New and Factory Sealed.
After having a very bad experience from another Internet camera store, I was gun shy about trying again. However, I found the Just Say Electronics web site that had the discontinued camera I had been searching for and it showed in stock. I gave the guys at Just Say Electronics a call and the picked up immediately (no long hold times like their competition). The sales rep was helpful, friendly and did not try to sell me any other items. (wow what a difference, their competition was rude and tried to sell me all kinds of accessories). I explained that I only wanted a brand new, factory fresh item and was very nervous about the purchase. The sales rep at JSE assured me that the item was factory fresh and had never been opened. I was hesitant but placed the order.

Here is how it went. 1. Received a confirmation UPS shipping notice via email 2. Received the package 2 days later 3. Held my breath and opened the box. 4. BANG just as described, BRAND NEW, NEVER OPENED! 5. This was great compared to my last experience with their competition. Also, note that they did not tack on any additional charges, no hidden costs, no bull. Just great product and service. I highly recommend them. As for their competition, they will be getting a review soon also.

"I bought a digital camera here. The website was misleading. It listed incompatible products as accessories to that particular camera, and had no detailed information about those products. I purchased one of them to find it was incompatible upon reciept, and was told I could return it for a full refund (shipping at my expense). I shipped the product back with authorization, and still, approx. 1 year later, have not recieved a refund. I have e-mailed, written letters, called, and even reported them to the BBB. Customer service often does not respond at all, and if they do it is weeks or even months later. On the phone nobody seemed to know what was going on, but I was assured everything was being taken care of about 6 months ago now. Today I was told my discontinued card was credited, although I've informed them at least 3 times I no longer have that card. Would never *ever* shop here again."

" A fantastic company! I was hesitant to buy a plasma TV from an on-line retailer I had never done business with before, but after reading all the positive reviews and learning that JSE became a member of the New Jersey Better Business Bureau in September, I gave this Moonachie, NJ-based firm a shot. And am I glad I did--I called on Friday around noon to place the order, spoke with Keith, who assured me about shipping safety and timing. About two hours later, Keith called back to say the Panasonic TH-42PA20U was ready to go! They almost got me the set that night, but the courier service got hung up, and I had to wait until Saturday night. But it's hard to complain when they delivered it on a weekend just a day after placing the order! (And at least the courier called to let me know of the delay and could bring the unit up to my apartment--to its credit, Panasonic packs its plasma very well, in nested boxes that lift up cleverly after the plastic handles are removed.)

JSE offered the best price (after tax and shipping), had the unit in stock as indicated, worked with me, and was courteous. I have already recommended them to friends. They are especially good for NYC buyers, as they are close by (less wear-and-tear during shipping). The tv came new with a U.S. warranty (don't forget to ask for a receipt) and works great.

"I used JustSayElectronics company because they also had all right price for item I wanted, and some reviews said they have good customer service. I placed an order for a digital camera and memory card on Sept 17.

Got call back ONE WEEK later telling that they could not process my card because they could not find my bank.

After giving the bank name, I asked if they could ship the item overnight, without extra fee, because I felt they were responsible for the delay. Negative.

I canceled the order and will not deal with them ever again. I kind'of doubt that they have good customer service.

"I purchased a 42PA20U (2003 model 42 inch Panasonic Plasma consumer version).

Considering this was a 3000+ purchase regardless of where I bought, I wanted the best. I started with reviews of companies and pricing, looking for the best of both, which is often hard to find. Just say didnt have many ratings, only like 12 on one of the other rating sites, but they were all good. So I called them up, as most of the time you can figure out whether the company is just trying to sell stuff to you or if they are trying to create a repeat buyer type relationship.

I tried the other low price, high rated store at the time of purchase which was centraldigital.com (or ibuydigital.com or digitalmegastore.com they are all the same company and all rated high)

But they were kind of blunt on the phone, and their shipping methods left something to be desired when I questioned them about it.

So I called up justsayelectronics, best choice I made. Jennifer was great, very knowledgeable and nice. Highly recommend you ask for her if you buy from here.

Wound up with the best price at the time 3450 (shipping and everything) unless I went with a fraud company like PCvideo.

Shipping was supposed to take 10 to 14 days, it arrived in 5. I was like.. Oh, sweet. Would highly recommend this site and will buy from them again if I see stuff I need to buy.

"I was looking to buy a Canon Powershot A70 camera, and all the usual places I shopped listed it as out of stock or backordered. I was hoping to get it in time for a wedding on the 17th. So I gave this company a try.

The order went in on 8/6/2003, and remained in processing until 8/11/2003. The item shipped on 8/11, and the tracking number was emailed to me. I received the package in good condition on 8/12 (NJ to CT is a short trip).

The shopping experience was very pleasant. I was impressed that not only was my order information contained on their site in the "My Account" area, a duplicate copy of the information was emailed to me whenever a change occured (i.e. tracking number added).
