"I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a company in my life. I made my first purchase from JustFab, and it’s been nothing but a nightmare from the start. My email was hacked, and despite this being my first order, they keep mentioning something about a “back office” which doesn't even exist. There's no transparency, and the customer service is horrendous.
I’ve been dealing with customer service reps in the Philippines who are completely unhelpful. I’ve been on hold for hours with no resolution, and they have yet to send the items I paid for. It’s beyond frustrating. They tried to offer me a $20 voucher as some sort of solution, but that’s just insulting. That wouldn't even come close to fixing this mess. They just never sent me my items.
I plan to report JustFab to the Better Business Bureau and the Board of Appeals because they refuse to fulfill the order I’ve already paid for. I never ordered from here before, and this experience has completely turned me off from ever trying again.
Don’t waste your time or money. The customer service is a joke, and you’re just going to lose your hard-earned cash. I want my items and I’m still waiting, with no help in sight. Do yourself a favor—avoid JustFab at all costs!"

I had to pay with my bank card and was refunded my credit amount into my bank account. That was the first time that happened and I really didn’t like that policy. "
