"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER! Not only did it come late, items are very cheap & misleading. Item was not new even though it was claimed to be, it was clearly used when I received it and when you want to return it they force you to pay 25% restocking fee, send them a signed document via fax to a fax that does not work, you literally have to beat an RMA number out of them over emails, to return it. I still havent got any money back & cant get a hold of them, now it has been over a month since I have sent my return back!

"Irritating! I ordered a blue Santa suit but was shipped a RED one, although the actual invoice in the box even said "blue". Now they want me to pay return shipping. When you call them, you don't talk to a person but must leave a vmail. And their website takes an awfully long time to load. Lovely..."
