"I used a gift card for my order and the money was removed from my account and confirmed. The next day I recieved an e-mail stating tjat the did not accept forign credit cards and my order was placed on hold. This was a VISA prepaid gift card from Chase Bank USA. That was all the information I recieved. I use prepaid gift cards I purchase from my bank on all of my internet orders and have never had a problem before. I will be reordering the item at a later date. The reason for the 2 star rating is because the took the money from the card and I had to call and talk to a customer service rep in order to get the money back on the card and cancel the orderand it took 4 days for the money to show back on my card. "

They agreed to do that and get back to me, which they did the next day, saying it threads on fine. My order number is yhst-5006790027353-88334 Just delivered today. The new louvers look great. The only problem is the top left louver panel is bent, and do not go across like the right side. look like something sat on it and mashed it down. it may pop up in time or it may not. I think it need to be exchanged but if you think it will pop out to where it should be I will give it time. I really like it on my car, over all I love it! If you need me to send you a picture I can send it tomorrow.

I called K2 several times and each tme was put on hold for long periods. when I finally got through they said they would send hardware but it would take five business days. Never shopping here again. Stick with American Muscle."
