"POOR customer service and communication! I placed an order on accident on 12/24 as it didn't give me a discount option. They did not re open until the 26th or 27th so I called the morning of to have the order cancelled. The gentlemen I spoke to stated that it would be a $15 charge to cancel the order now because it was in a 'pending' status. Mind you, the order didnt go out until a day or two later. I was told that if I didn't want to pay the $15 to wait for the product to show up, call them to request a return, and then ship it back for a full refund. So the product shows up on 1/3/13. I call to have it returned and I am given an RMA number and told to take it to UPS. When I called to see about a return slip, I was told that I had to pay for the return postage. I was NEVER told this in any of the last two calls. This is poor customer service. Why would I waste my money on shipping the lights back when I could have paid $15 and had the order cancelled prior to it being shipped. This isn't the firs time I've had issues with K2 and I am not happy with lack of communication and how the customer service department reacts. "

"Wouldn't ship my gift to a state other than billing address. Should have told me this in the beginning instead of allowing me to believe that my Christmas gift was ordered and on the way. Instead, days later, I received an email that copy of front and back of CC and my drivers license (1st time EVER) would allow them to process order only to find out, days later again, they still wouldn't ship to another state. Forced to cancel order, therefore, had no Christmas gift for my son. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"

"i bought a pair of projector headlamps for my BMW. The angel rings do not work, all of them. I got the second pairs for replacement, still not work. Contacted them by email and have not heard from them for a week. Called and the left a message, no return phone call. I tried the live chat and wait for hours sometimes i had to give up, sometimes lucky i got a person. Was in the middle of the chat and got disconnected. Came back and never get a live person. Customer service is so bad. Seem like they do not have people working. I cant even submit RMA through their website.

Follow up: Received a set of replacement led bulb but only for one side while I needed for both lamps. And the bulbs are lower quality than the not working on currently on the lamp. That's even worst. "

"I placed my order 11-23 (black friday). I receeived an e-mail asking for credit info 11-27. I fill out the form (reluctantly) and sent it to them in a reply to their email 11-28. The order was subject to ther black friday discounts (got a good price) aparently they have no plans to honor the order. The order was pending on my card and now its off. Attempts to contact by emails and calls go unanswered.
