"I placed orders with 3 different companies on 28 March 2005; one of these companies being kb-electronics.com. I ordered a Skip Dr. from them and was notified by e-mail it was shipped on 29 March, I was also billed this day. On 20 April I received an e-mail from them stating my credit card had been credited $36, which was $10 less than had initially been charged so I was wondering WTF? I tried calling their customer service several times and was instructed to leave a message, they would call me back. I sent an e-mail to the company and they replied quickly stating they tried to ship it but "the
package was sent back to our warehouse for
non-delivery" and because of this "your order was canceled and your credit card account credited." So basically I don' have the merchandise I ordered from them, I'm out $10, they couldn't notify me the package isn't in the mail system anymore and that they canceled my order. The other 2 stores I ordered from on that same day(supplements from jerseyjoe.com and dental products from homesteadmarket.com) arrived in 8 days, that's pretty good considering it was coming to Baghdad.

"I purchased a 50' S-Video cable from this company on December 7th. My credit card was charged on that date. My cable was not shipped. A week or so later I sent them an email via their webpage, and I got no response from it. So I sent another a few days later. This was was responded to saying that it would be shipped 3-day to get it here by Christmas. So I checked it, it still says Pending Shipment. As of right now it still says Pending Shipment. If this actually comes, I'll be surprised. However, I just ordered a new one a couple days ago and it has just shipped and so I'll be happy to receive it so I can finally use my new television.
UPDATE: The cable did come. I got impatient (and thought there was a good chance it wouldn't show up at all) waiting for this cable and ordered another from a different company. This cable, that I ordered long after the purchase from KB arrived before this one did. Anyways. I did eventually receive my cable and I will not be placing another order with this company."
