"I will not be using KEH in the future. I sent a Nikon 810 in for the repair of the lens adapter ring. The camera was returned WITH THE NEW RING TAPED to the front of my camera and missing a screw for reattachment. Who does this?????????? I called to talk with a rep and was told they would investigate my complaint, and send a replacement screw. Yes, I received the screw in the mail with an invoice for the screw they FAILED to include with repair.
Also, do not send your original NIKON box when you package the camera for shipping, they never sent it back. I am a stickler about keeping the boxes with my gear!"
