"My lens arrived well secured in bubble wrap, centered in the box, and in fantastic condition. The only evidence of wear I can see is a small scuff on the lens hood, and a body cap from a different manufacturer. Otherwise I'd say it's in like-new condition. The only negative part of this experience came from FedEx, and I won't hold that against KEH because it's obviously out of their hands once FedEx has it. (The fedex notifications were kind of funny, though. "We're delivering this on Friday. No, Saturday. Wait, Friday. Saturday. Sunday. No, Monday. Tuesday. Yep, Tuesday for sure." Delivered on Monday 20 minutes after they said delayed to Tuesday.)"

After speaking to Fax I received my order about five days after the date they told me it will be delivered But that had nothing to do with the company I bought the lens from... so far the lens has been great with the few shots I’ve taken with it.
