"I placed an online order with them. I received a call stating that the items were not in stock and asked if I could wait a couple of weeks? I said yes. I received a second call from them stating that there had been a price increase of over 60%, so I canceled the order. They had already placed a hold on the funds in my debit card account. Numerous calls and emails have done nothing to resolve the problem.
My order was for three of these parts at $7.61 each. The updated price for this part is now $12.34. They also gouge you on freight charges. These parts are barely a pound each, if that, and they were going to charge me $12.07 for freight.
Edit: I finally received the funds back to my debit account. This was NOT from any help received by KSCdirect.com, but rather my patience and persistence in dealing with the debit card company directly. KSCdirect virtually ignored my requests and I explained exactly how they could go about helping me. "
