"Avoid using at all cost, the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Ordered an exhaust and was never shipped anything and cannot get a hold of anybody at Kspec. Emailed several times, ended up calling the manufacturer and found out the part I wanted was on back order. I have since told them to cancel the order and still have yet to hear from anybody and its been several weeks now."

"I ordered a set of new DCSport headers and received a used set of headers with no hardware, gaskets, or detailed instructions like the website stated. I emailed Kspec (since there is no phone number to contact them) and asked for them to give me a call with a solution to make this right. Kspec replied with an email telling me to contact DCSports. It turns out that Kspec is a third-party in this. A place called Invision Performance is who actually sent me the headers. Conveniently their phone number on the shipping decal and another number I found on Google, are disconnected. I emailed Kspec back and told them I wanted to return the headers for a refund and that I would buy the item elsewhere. That was ignored. I eventually got ahold of DCSports and am waiting for them to send me hardware. All this trouble to save $30 was NOT WORTH IT. I'd highly recommend paying more money anywhere else. Not one time did Kspec apologize, no empathy at all. If I wanted to get used parts with incomplete items I'd use Craigslist or eBay!"

"Kspecracing is great. I bought two parts from this site because they had the best prices I could find anywhere. I was hesitant at first because I knew nothing and heard nothing about them, but I took my chances and placed some orders. Customer service is great, they will email you extremely fast. The prices are amazing too. ID1000cc injectors for only $393 when every single other place is charging $460-480? You can't beat that. For anyone who wants to buy something, I would email kspec first about inventory, then order. I will definitely be doing business with them again."

"I was so blown away by this online store I had to register so the feedback would popup on Google. I bought an AEM 30-3000 and AEM Failsafe gauge for less than $560 shipped to my home. I purchased these items at separate times of the day and this vendor merged both my invoices and refunded me S&H and the processing fee.

The prices are way cheaper than any other website, the store responded to my e-mail inquiry 2 hours after I wrote them at 8am even though they are in California and I'm in Virginia.

I can't speak of their return policy or anything else, but the prices are awesome, the support is even better and my items shipped same day UPS ground to arrive at my house 6 days after I purchased them.
