"I had the same problem with them as the person above did...but i made the mistake of putting in over a $150 order. it has been 3 months. Customer service has failed to answer or receive my inquiries. i thought maybe because it was from china it was taking longer but when i disputed with paypal it was over the 45 day limit and i can no longer get my money back. I did some research and found that they renewed their domain with godaddy in Nov. so someone is paying attenetion to the website but keeping your money and not sending your products. this site is a rip off. do not purchase from them."

"I tried to find reviews about kscrossstitch.com before placing an order with them but I was unable to find any reviews about their store. As I did not know the store and their products are very low priced, I decided to place a small purchase to try their service and products before placing a larger order. I've learnt to be cautious when placing order from websites that states they are: 'Trustful', only sell 'High quality' but low priced products but are not backed up by third parties website validation seals to validate those claims. I ordered just over 20 DMC cross stitch floss skeins from KS Cross Stitch. The DMC skeins were very low priced at U$0.33 each + US$1.15 shipping, total paid US$8.08. The purchase cost me AU$8.20 and I used my paypal account to pay for the purchase. After a month I tried to contact KS Cross Stitch onlinecustomer service, and it was always offline so I wrote 3 customer service tickets enquiring about the order. Even though I always had a "successfully sent" message after sending each ticket, I never received a reply. I decided to contact their email address that is registered with paypal to enquire about my order without success as I never received a reply. After 41 days of placing the order I disputed the transaction with paypal as I had not received the goods and no replies about my enquiries. On the same day I disputed the transaction I logged in to my account at kscrossstitch.com and they had updated my order as reversed. I waited 10 days for their contact or refund that never happened so escalated the dispute to a claim. They had 2 weeks to respond to paypal's enquiries about the order. They never posted any comments or tried to contact me during the entire process. After the 2 weeks were up, I received an email from paypal telling me they had recovered the amount I paid for the order. My experience with kscrossstitch.com cost me AU$0.70 due to the exchange rates difference, so I only received AU$7.50 after conversion. KS Cross Stitch was the worst online store I have tried, besides the fact they did not ship my order or refunded it before I disputed the transaction, they also do not seem to have any customer service in place. I will never come back to kscrossstitch.com."
