Everything worked well. The vendor supplied frequent email updates as the order progressed. It arrived promptly and was exactly as ordered.
They have a toll free number (my requirement for doing business with online vendors). I don't like the 20% restock policy but it is clearly stated on the web site.

I didn't save a fortune, but the price for the complete setup was inline with what I'd found elsewhere, and this is what I'd made up my mind I wanted.
Communication from the vendor was good after I placed my order. I received 3 emails from them updating my item status prior to the "right on time delivery" by UPS.
Everything went well with the purchase. The switch arrived complete, on time and in perfect condition.
