"I placed an order at this store on Friday August 14, 2009. I purchased an electric scooter which I saw in Google. I received an automated email with all the order details and a promised that I would be contacted as soon as the item shipped. I kept checking my inbox for 5 days and that email never came. I tried to contact the store on Wednesday the 19th. I never got to speak to a representative, the only thing I could reach was a voice mail service. The address they provided in the bill is a PO BOX. At that point I started to get nervous and emailed their customer service. Soon thereafter, They emailed me back with a "so sorry your item has not shipped yet" The email clearly stated that my product would "ship by the end of the week" (to me that means Friday)on Friday I received yet another note from them explaining that the order had not shipped and it would not be shipping until Monday the 24th. When I protested for the delay and asked that my product be shipped, a person claiming to be one of the owners wrote back saying she was canceling my order and refunding my money.
On Monday 8/17 I ordered two oversize items from another store in Michigan and both of those items shipped on time. The other stores send me tracking numbers and their reps contacted me to ensure everything was OK.
I would definitely rate my experience with K and K online store (AKA K and K enterprises) as very poor indeed. Personally I will never shop with them ever again and I advise, If you want your items delivered on time and friendly, professional grade service, do your shopping elsewhere."
