Their software failed to operate after following the developer’s instructions (Kadmy is a one man organization), and significant attempt to get it to work. The vendor recognized in an email that his software rarely worked out-of the box, and needed "tuning", blaming the computer and its configuration, requesting PC reconfiguration. This software uses an old version of a 3rd party library (Nektra OEAPI). The vendor’s representative : Dmitri Kashirin rapidly stoped to support us in resolving the issues, or to communicate with us, and revoked all license, after having cashed the payment, all that within 2 days of the transaction. Beware, as Kadmy, Inc. has several complaints and unfair business practice claims with BBB, PayPal and IC3 to name just a few."
