Kakasoft won't honour refund policy.

"Be careful dealing with this company. Website says 100% satisfaction guarantee. 100% money back guarantee. I purchased the folder locker. Found it wasn't suitable and deleted 10 minutes later. Then requested a refund. Over 10 messages later and they still refuse to honour their refund policy...without prejudice, I found this company to be misleading in their advertising and dishonest "
