"After browsing through their website, I was excited to place my order. The receipt that I got with the estimated shipping was about 30$, which I though it was a fair amount. A day later, I got an email saying that they decided to charge me 50$ instead and has already processed the payment without my agreement.

So like a normal person would do, I called them and tried to explain the situation. The manager who I talked to is one of the rudest person i've ever heard. She did not care about what I was saying, nor did she care about charging me and extra 20$ without notifying me. Worst of all, she decided to hang up on me.

This is by far my worst experience purchasing online.
I feel scammed and disrespected.

Although it's a lost for me, I want to alert all the others.
