"Purchased a 2018 RAV 4 XLE with a 2023 Corolla AWD Hybrid trade in which we had previously purchased form Kalispell Toyota new. We have probably purchased at least 13 New/Used vehicles from them over a 20 year period. Great service DEPT. too.

The 2018 RAV 4 's interior was clean but missing an important safety item, the right rear Headrest.
Don't know how this was overlooked at trade in but it was. Selling a vehicle without a safety item such as this should not occur.

Working with our Sales REP, He was able to contact the previous owner and get the Headrest sent to us
which is commendable.

The undercarriage of the car was a mess. All of the plastic skid plates were packed with sand and gravel which necessitated me removing them and cleaning out the mess.

We will continue to patronize Kalispell Toyota and their team.
