"I've placed two orders with Kalki and both orders were a steaming hot mess. They provide estimated delivery dates on their items and for multiple outfits ordered, they did not arrive until months after I ordered them AFTER I initiated an inquiry of how long the delay was. I'm still waiting for an outfit I ordered in April and it is now July the customer service team has done absolutely nothing to rectify this. All I get is a "sorry ma'am, we'll look into this" and then NOTHING. Moreover, one of the outfits I ordered were not designed like what was shown on their website.

I understand things happen, delays happen, but they do not effectively communicate these issues until months later or if you inquire about your order first.

"I ordered Saree from this website online. they send the wrong blouse, not the one that showed on the website. The blouse they send me, doesn't go with the saree. when I complained they refused to provide the one which is shown on the website. they even changed the blouse on the website. highly unreliable people. Poor customer service. Watch out when ordering items from them. Also, very expensive clothes. I wonder how they are the most trusted brand as shown on their website. totally ruined my occasion."

"First I order a dress by video call, they ask full payment before ordering. About $400. Since it’s a reputed name I pay in full. When I get my dress the blouse is 2 sizes big. When I tell them they try to convince me blouse is fine, that I am measuring it wrong!!! When I wear it, doesn’t fit, it’s too big!!! 1 week they argue with me that I am measuring it wrong. Then they tell me to get it locally altered!! (Alteration will ruin the design) Finally they tell me to go to New Jersey to get it altered.
Plus it takes me multiple phone calls and emails to make these complaints. At the time of purchasing they are available. When there is a problem they don’t want to face it. Horrible customer service.

One person tells to return the blouse . Other person says get it altered at your own risk. Some other person says return it (not specifying whether to return the blouse only or the whole lehenga)

And nobody is talking about my refund!!!
So I buy a lehenga that costs $400
Plus spend additional money on interval shipping when they should come pick it up or email me the shipping label.

I will never ever order from here. I can easily go to Chicago or Toronto to buy lehengas. I don’t know why I trusted these people!!!"

"I ordered an anarkali dress. My first purchase from Kalki. I was eagerly waiting for the package. I was very disappointed looking at the quality. The material looks and feels like cotton. Certainly not silk as the product description says. The color and print look very dull. Nothing like the picture. Return policy is not satisfactory either as they charge extra $30 as restocking fee. Never again !!"

"I bought an outfit online and put in my measurements and when it came to me it the blouse zipper was in wrong place. I sent it back and had to pay for shipping to ship there and back to correct their mistake. I really needed an outfit for an occasion and just ended up paying but I will never buy again from Kalki. It’s unfortunate because they have really great outfits. This isn’t first time this has happened. Another time I ordered from them, they didn’t fully alter the outfit to measurements so I had to pay for shipping to ship it back. "

Worst experience ever. My product detail when I ordered it said:"includes an attactched necklace,"
with the item. But when I received the product it did not include the necklace. So when i called the customer service and told them the issues; they told me they would look into it. The next day I look online and the detail about necklace included was removed. So I ask for a full refund including the shipping cost back. I sent the item back and still have not received the full refund. It has been over 2 months since the item has been shipped off and no refund yet. If you don't want to waste your money... NEVER ORDER FROM HERE EVER!!!! The worst experience ever. "

"they are color blind i think. two of my orders were wedding dresses and both were different than it was on their website. The red gown I ordered appeared purple that i had to cancel & reorder another one with extra £200 and finally the peach dress that i received was a bright florescent pink that they are not taking back. they are the most unprofessional online shop i have ever used."
