"I have ordered a number of times from Kalyx over the last 5 years, and I plan to continue to do so. They are not the fastest shipper on earth, so don't hold your breath, but they do have many items that are virtually unobtainable elsewhere. It would definitely improve their shopping experience to re-master their website. It has good information, but the fact that they use so many "fulfillment centers," each with separate shipping, makes ordering a nightmare. If I order one item that is, say, only available from center "C", then I'd like to be able to easily make the rest of my order only from that fulfillment center. If all the items are available from separate "fulfillment centers," then I'd like to be able to quickly and easily see what the order would be if I were to choose all from one versus all from the other. Their customer service does not always respond to questions, particularly product-related questions. They never responded to my query of 8/5/11 regarding an herb that was not as described (not their fault; it was the manufacturer.) I sent them a photomicrograph of the product in question which should have demonstrated that it was herb instead of an extract (order 54613)."

Thet also said they did not know when I would receive order as they had no idea when they would have any. I then requested a refund since my needs were more immediate than whenever they get some more. No reply from company. I have since sent three refund requests with no answer from Kalyx. I have since ordered and received product from a reputable company. Do not do business with these folks. Thier customer service is nonexistent. Thier ineptness has cost me over $300.00 and I still have not heard from company."

"Having done some research, I concluded that citrus bioflavonoids are a potent health-protecting/anti-aging substance, and I decided to add it to my supplement regimen.
I wanted to find some bulk, potent, citrus bioflavonoid powder, standardized for polyphenol content.
After a lengthy search, Kalyx.com was one of the few places that had this material, and they had it in a potency of 30% bioflavonoid content, at a reasonable price.

"My name is Andre'. I've dealt with Kalyx on several occasions. On this recent order, the item did not develop. I contacted Kalyx and spoke to Dan. He recommended sending an email with the invoice number and and brief message that will be forwarded to the warehouse. I received a reply within several days letting me know the replacement will be sent out within the middle of the month per it's hatching time. I just received the item today, Dec.21,10 Tues. An added bonus...they tripled the replacement item! I bought one, it didn't develop, and they sent me THREE in it's place! No complaint, no static from them whatsoever! I'll continue to do business with them because they take care of their customers.

"TERRIBLE. THE WORST.
I had to call to find out why my order was processing for sooo long. The guy who answered their phone was rude to say the least.
I was hung up on over 10 times while I tried to figure out where my order was. When I tried to call back the guy picked up the phone then hung up refusing to talk to me.
Complete jerks without any professionalism to their work. I hope I get a refund like I asked the guy on the phone to do.

"The worst online shopping experience ever!
Dan, who was the only person I spoke to for the entire time, was very impatient and has no respect to customer. I placed an order through him on 04/30/2010 and my credit card was charged on the same day. Very efficient job there. However, I didn't receive any shipping info for a week. So I called on 05/07/2010 to check what's the status. Dan told me it should have been shipped out but without giving me any proof, and hang up the call while I was going to ask for a tracking number. When I called again on 05/10/2010 (since I still haven't received anything), I told him cancel the order if it hasn't been shipped out. He said he'll check with the warehouse. I had to cancel the order because the product was ordered for my mom in China and my brother who visited us on that following weekend was supposed to take it back to China. I felt it was too late for the product to be delivered to us in time because of the slow processing time of Kalyx. Later of that day, I got an email saying the product has been shipped out on that day but still no tracking #. I had to call again the next day and he provided the UPS tracking #. I checking UPS website and found that UPS didn't get the billing info until 5:50 pm from Kalyx but I told him to cancel at 11 am that day. I called in the next day again and asked him why he still ship the product after I told him to cancel.
Real nightmare started. He was so rude over the phone and hang up again before I finished. I had to email afterward since I wanted to finish my sentence. Then I got email response really fast which had never happened before. Same rude style. We had 4-5 emails back and forth that day and even after 7 pm he still diligently emailed back to me. He eventually stopped when I sent him this customer review link and told him work on his customer service if he wants good business.
The product was delivered 6 hours after we sent my brother to the airport. It was the 05/17/2010. The whole process lasted 18 days.
Stay away from Kylax if you want an efficient and happy or at least easy shopping experience."
