"I ordered an intake that said backordered. Within 24 hours they emailed me with a rough time frame a suggested another item instock. I switched my order and received the intake later that week! Super happy with the ease of transaction and their straight forward responses! "
"EDIT: They got back to me and explained the situation. According to them they are understaffed and have started using a new inventory system. This seemed to create a perfect storm that I was on the receiving end of. They have attempted to make things right and that means a lot to me. I would consider doing business with them in the future.
Ordered a set of wheels and have yet to hear from them. I ordered them on the 27th of March and it still says processing. I emailed them twice to see if they knew when it would finish processing and I have heard nothing back from them. I'll be pursuing a charge back with my bank in order to get my money back since they're unresponsive. "

Ordered a set of rims that was listed in stock. However, after two weeks of not hearing from Kami Speed, I reached out to them through email and learned that I should expect my item in the next 4-6 weeks. I waited for the time frame, and still did not hear anything from Kami Speed. I decided to call them this time and requested for a refund because the sales agent could not confirm the details of my order. The sales agent denied my refund, stating that special/back orders are non-refundable. After explaining to the agent that the website listed the rims as in stock during the time of purchase, he concluded that he will email me some kind of snapshot proving that the rims was never in stock. Waited for two days and still did not receive an email from Kami Speed. I emailed them back requesting for my refund since they failed to notify me that my order was a special order (according to their policy, buyers are notified of all special orders prior to processing). Again, Kami Speed did not respond. I decided to open a dispute on PayPal and finally got their attention. Got my refund but loss 6% due to reprocessing fee.

It is a very rare occurrence to receive great customer service in this scene and you kind of get numb by it. So when I first started dealing with Kami Speed I was shock by their amazing service. "This is the only place that I have found that actually sells Parts directly from Japan and not parts from America that are made in Japan. There is a difference you know when a product is directly from Japan it has different manuals literature and the packaging and quality control of those products is typically much higher. I am very happy with the stuff I have got from these guys for my STI. If you are looking for legit JDM stuff this is the only place to get it"
