"Bought the multi color pack. More than half of the snaps are near impossible to unsnap. I've been using traditional Babyville and Dritz snaps for years on different types of fabric without reinforcing layers and have never had an issue with them. These snaps (especially the color ones, white ones seem easier to snap) rendered my projects useless, especially for children's clothes. I ended up using a reinforcement underneath and the problem remained. Snaps were extremely hard to separate to the point that they came off. The website states that these are industrual grade, which means not to be used in delicate clothes like knits, wovens, fleece, flannel, even with reinforcement fabric, they are useless. I do not recommend these. I left a review with this specific concern on the actual page, but it was removed. Use at your own risk."
"I have not had much luck with this company. I have had problems with getting correct items that I ordered from them and no response when I sent them an email about my concerns. I usually don't like doing business with a company that doesn't provide a business address or a phone number and this the reason why. I will suggest that you look somewhere else for your snap needs."
