Advertising items that are not available in two cases, cancelling orders w/o even bothering to inform the customer, ignoring e-mails, holding back
refunds,.... a very classy way to conduct business.

Dealing with Roadrunner was tough, it might have taken three weeks of phone tag, a no show, and some unpleasant phone calls. "Just bought the LC4 Lounger in cowhide. (I am on the East Coast, so I ordered through the website and had it delivered to my house -- easy delivery delivery.) Great quality, super comfortable and easy to assemble. The bolster pillow was a little stiff at first, but that was pretty easily solved by removing some of the foam filler. Great purchase!"
"I was quite impressed with the two Coconut chairs that we ordered from Kardiel. We were looking for two chairs that would be functional as well as aesthetically pleasing.
These two chairs make quite the statement when you walk into the building.
The black leather contrasts the red 3 Form wall behind them quite nicely.
The company was wonderful to work with and communicated with us every step of the way.
I received a follow up email from the CEO of the company asking if the order was ok.

"Be warned that if you order furniture from the Kardiel company, what is delivered is not what you ordered. The item descriptions on their website are inaccurate in regard to every item. The dimensions are wrong, the construction is no as described. the high density foam is not either. The color may not be what you ordered despite having fabric samples sent. Many of the reviews that are on the Kardiel website are paid for. I realized this too late to have influenced my decision. The most unacceptable aspect of the Kardiel Company is the lack of integrity and professionalism shown by the Customer Service and Sales Representatives. "
"Kardiel claims to be a family owned,quality furniture company I purchased this item and the matching sofa .Not only was the color nothing like it was on the computer ....the quality is very poor .I contacted customer service 2 days after purchase and stated the cushions and the back of the couch were very wrinkled. Additionally the cushions hang over the edge of the seat ruining the clean lines of the pieces .The arms are also much more narrow then they appear on the picture.
I sent pictures for them to review regarding return. I was told that it was deemed" industry "standard .And if i wanted to return items it would be at my cost of over $500.00 .Or if I wanted to keep it they would give me an 80.00 credit back to my charge card .For my disappointment I guess ?
I had been looking at furniture in stores for months before I purchased this and had seen a lot of furniture .This is below the quality of any item I have seen or purchased .Buyer beware this is not worth the price .I am currently working with my bank to retrieve at least a portion of my money as I am now stuck with it ."
