I send 3 more emails after that and a message on Facebook but still nothing. I don't know what's going on but they need to either send out my order or put my money back. Recently made a purchase on the 17th of January it is now the 29th and they haven't shipped yet. The created labels supposedly yesterday but yet to ship. Customer service is nice but slow.
