I recon it would attract a whole heap of people if there were huge sales and massive discounts once or twice a year. Should have last season's clothes on sale since different places have different season and since karmaloop is based in America they would usually sell the opposite of what we want here in Australia."

"I have made two orders with Karmaloop now and had three big issues.
First order I used one of the checkout coupon codes that gave me free shipping, the checkout window showed I was recieving the discount but after I submitted payment and recieved and email confirmation it showed they charged me almost$8 in shipping charges now reflected before this point.
Second issue same order. One of the female shirts ordered in Large arrived as a Small and I took pictures of this and send a email to customer service. After 2 weeks they responded telling me to pay for shipping back to them and they would refund the item since there was no Large left in that shirt. While 3 months later I still have no refund on the item and no responses from customer support.
Third issue is with second order where I entered a coupon reflecting a %20 discount in red on the website at check out. The total was refelected properply at time of purchase. After purchase I recieve an email, yet again, reflecting I was charged more than the checkout window. I was actually charged full price of the order without any discount added. I called in this time knowing that email support is useless and the phone support told me that unless I had a screenshot of THAT order before checkout they could refund the money. Who in their right mind takes screenshots of every order before they finalize it? I was asked to be transfered to a manager that then told they would make a ONE TIME offer to refund the %20 only with an email. I am fed up with Karmaloop customer service.
They have great selection and if you dont mind expensive shipping and paying full price (dont try to use coupons) then they are not half bad. Customer service stinks but at least they speak english.

"Only i have one word to describe karmaloop as enterprise and shop, incredible, yes is incredible for me the best shop i ever bought with the best products and offers i ever get, and for me a international customer is a pleasure buy on this website, the time of the shipping to my country (spain) is a little bit long (usually 3 weeks) but i never have a problem with the orders, and maybe the only problem i had is the customs of my country that not always but sometines block my package and i had to pay a extra price but this is not a real problem because is not karmaloop guilty, is the policy of my country.
So for my 100/100 recommend buy on this fantastic shop"

It looks like you've been buying a lot of Kazbah items, unfortunately we are never able to discount Kazbah brands or give free shipping, since all Kazbah brands are independent contractors and their merch ships directly from them.
