If you're going to buy from them, use PayPal. If you use your credit card directly, they will charge and refund a small verification fee, the exact amount of which you will have to give them before they will even begin the shipping process. My order of in-stock items took five days to ship as a result. The best part of this irritating verification procedure is that _Karmaloop doesn't tell you about it beforehand_. You just get an e-mail days after placing your order "reminding" you to go badger your bank to refresh recent transactions, etc. etc. Not impressed. Customer service is prompt but highly scripted and thus not actually useful."
