"In 2008, Karmaloop was great. It was a great competitor to Dr.Jays. Now, the customer service is horrible and it takes forever to get your items as the 3rd party company has up to 10 business days to ship your product. To top it off, it could take up to 10 business for you to actually receive the items. Karmaloop needs to be more transparent about the shipping process and find a faster solution. It shouldn't take almost a month to receive an item that's coming from California and going to Texas. That's ridiculous. "
