"I ordered a cartridge 01/05/2008, I have been emailing them daily for a week. They finally replied today saying I had my email wrong and they had been emailing me. Claimed to have shipped 01/06. It is now 01/17/2008 and do not have the ink. Now I logged in and find out my order number is 2471. I have no invoice. I have the charge on my card. I am worried I have been taken. I also read the other comments about old inks and am more worried. I will give them another week before I dispute it with my credit card."

However, one of the packages had the expiration date removed, another was delivered during the month of it's expiration and the last was past its expiration date. The price was good but the merchandise was old."
