" I am in an ongoing discussion with this company regarding an unauthorized use of my credit card. This is a revision to my original post. I am making this revision since I see no way to delete the original post. I will update and revise my comments and rating after this issue has been resolved.
UPDATE 11/19/2013. Unsatisfactory resolution. To summarize: Kasperskyoutlet.com made an unauthorized charge to my credit card without my consent or knowledge. I had never heard of this company; I have never done business with this company. Apparently my credit card number had been stolen by person unknown. I requested Kaspersky's assistance in identifying the culprit. They did not provide any information that would have helped me identify who made the unauthorized charge, what it was for, where the merchandise was shipped, how the charge happened, etc. This leads me to distrust this company."
"Don't do business with them! I bought software from them and I believe they deliberately delayed the support process so I couldn't get a refund after 30 days. Which is especially aggravating after going around an
around with kaspersky tech support for weeks and still couldn't make it work with my computers.

"All the reports about kaspersy's poor customer service are evidently all true.
Kaspersky is great unless you have an issue involving their extremely poor customer service which is a total farce.
Also beware of their renewal scams where you are pestered to renew early and then, your old, valid license that still has plenty of time remaining is now invalid. This what happen to me and evidently many others.
Repeated pleas to their customer support were always replied to with a generic robo message and the issue was never resolved.

"Purchasing Kaspersky Internet Security Suite 6.0 was easy. The product is great and updates are easy when it is working correctly. Their Customer Support is terrible, when they choose to respond, and unresponsive at other times. I would recommend this product only if they fix their customer support."
