"Fond a good price on a laser printer drum and ordered it, but no email confirmation ever showed up, now the drum has never showed up, and I have to dig through my browser history to find the %^&* store (no email, remember?), look up the order and it says it's cancelled and that it was out of stock. Just to make it a little hard for me, they put the words "order cancelled" in yellow on a white background so I can almost read it.
Well, this has to be the worst communication I've ever seen from an online store. Won't use it again, ever."
"After surveying numerous on-line vendors Katerno indicated that they had a Canon Canoscan 8800F scanner in stock so I ordered one even though it was not the cheapest price out there. Everyone else was out of stock. I ordered one on Dec 12 and didn't hear anything......I called Katerno on Dec 23 and asked about my order status (their on-line order status function doesn't do anything useful)-they told me that they were out of stock for that item and did I get an e-mail telling me that? NO!!! So not only did they not say that it was out-of-stock when I ordered it either at the time of ordering or when they figured out that they didn't have it when they said they did but I'm empty handed on Xmas!!!!! Ahhhhh!!"
"I placed an order for some vizio brackets and at first i did not know what to expect since the price is low. I thought I give them a try... now it seems as though most of the products are in stock or their warehouses. I don't exactly know, but I was grateful when they called me to let me know that most vizio products take about 8-11 business days to be delivered, from the day of purchase. This was not a issue for me, since I saw it on their product page. I just received a confirmation email claiming my product will be shipped out in the next business day even got the tracking number. They seem to have good services. I would buy again if the process is this simple again. I really appreciated the call."
