"Asked them to only do an alignment if my car needed it-they did it regardless and didn't show me proof one way or the other that it really needed it. Also, missing 3 of the 4 air fill caps on the new tires and they were all there when I dropped the car off. Will consider using a different installer in the future. "

"Overall good service. They took a bit longer to get my tires replaced than was first quoted me (~2 hrs). Also, they do not do emissions testing there which was inconvenient. Other than that, they were friendly and responsive."

The car (Equus) came with Continentals but wore out at 24k. Couldn’t make up my mind between two (Toyo or Michelin). They were about the same cost but Toyo had a better warranty so went with them. I would not recommend them. In the morning, the car shakes. Takes about 10 miles to smooth out and they are very loud.
